The item(s) can be returned and replaced only if item is damaged or broken , provided customer has the full parcel opening video from beginning to end(from before opening the parcel till the end without any pause).

PLEASE NOTE : All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us via Whatsapp at +91 9082619103 within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
